Our return and exchange policy is effective for 21 days from the day you receive your product if it meets the following criteria. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For refund and exchange requests, please send an email through the Contact Us page with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.
Return and exchange requests for orders received and delivered after 21 days will be politely declined. If 21 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund.

Accepted Return or Exchange Reasons:
