We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your orders are on their way to you. Thank you for your patience in these unusual times.

HOW WE SHIP:

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers around the world including the United States, Australia, China, and Canada. This helps us reduce CO2 emissions and costs to you. When you receive your tracking number, it may take longer to register because multiple carriers are being used. We are taking care of your orders and you can use the shipping times below to estimate your arrival time! After you place your order, we take 1 - 4 days to pack and ship. STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES (please note that this does not include Sundays and holidays): 

Giftcards: immediately sent via email after purchase

Art prints: 5 - 7 business days

All other home decor: 7 - 19 business days

 

The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order has been processed and shipped. Our processing times are 1 - 4 business days.

Deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

The order processing time typically takes 1- 4 business days. 

If you place your order after 12 PM Pacific Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be processed and shipped the following week.

ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. 

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

After an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, but we will do so if possible.

If you would like to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information, please contact us right away. If an order has already been processed, we unfortunately will be unable to offer you changes to your order or a refund.

We will not charge a cancellation fee if the order has not been processed.

ORDER MARKED DELIVERED, BUT PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If your tracking number is marked as delivered, but package has not been received, please check with your neighbors and your front desk if you have one.

If you still cannot locate your package, please check the shipping address that is on your confirmation email to check that it is the correct one.

If packages are lost, we are happy to replace the shipment.
