Our return and exchange policy is effective for ​21 days​ from the day you receive your product if it meets the following criteria.​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For refund and exchange requests, please send an email through the Contact Us page​ ​with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return.

Return and exchange requests for orders received and delivered after ​21 days will be politely declined. ​If ​21 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or a refund. 

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Accepted Return or Exchange Reasons:

• Buyer received a product with a manufacturing defect
• Buyer received item that is defective or damaged 
• Buyer received the wrong product, color, or size from the item that was ordered

Unfortunately, we cannot process a return if a mistake has been made by the buyer, including: 

• Buyer ordered the wrong item, quantity, color, or size
• Buyer provided the incorrect address

Note: If you realize after payment that you have provided the incorrect address or selected an incorrect item, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order.
